The expression of ripe fruit with very good maturity
accompanied by remarkable freshness.
Situation
Located on our vineyard in Saint-Roman-De-Malegarde, on the North slope. Its exposure offers incredible freshness to the wine.

Vineyard of Saint-Roman-De-Malegarde, stony clay-limestone hillsides, with a northwest exposure offering a slight freshness on the palate. Cuvée made with old Grenache vines.
Development
The harvest is sorted and destemmed. The vinifications are long to allow optimal extraction and are done in concrete tanks. Aging in 350 liter French oak barrels for one year.

Very intense color, ruby red with purplish reflections.
On the nose, aromas of intense fruit, liquorice and spices.
In the mouth, a remarkable power. Elegant and very long in retro-olfaction with a spicy aromatic finish.
