Situation

This wine comes from our 6 hectare vineyard on the sunny slopes of the Rasteau appellation.

GRAPES

  • 80 % Grenache
  • 10% Syrah
  • 10 % Mourvèdre

Terroir

The marriage of the different terroirs that Rasteau offers us. Clayey-limestone soils.

DEVELOPMENT

Manual harvest, long vinification of more than 1 month. Aging in 500 liter French oak barrels for one year.

8 to 10 years

TASTING

This wine has an intense red color with black reflections.
Its very delicate nose develops notes of stewed black fruit with a  touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is round, suave, full with aromas of dark chocolate and passion fruit.

Serve at 16°C.
