Situation

This wine comes from a selection of old vines on our most beautiful plots located at the top of the sunny hillsides of the Rasteau appellation at 350 meters above sea level.

DEVELOPMENT

Manual harvest, Long vinification of more than 1 month. Aging. in 500 liter French oak barrels for one year.

HOLD TIMES

12 to 15 years

ADVICE

TASTING

This dark wine with a purple reflection, offers a beautiful shine. Its powerful and fleshy nose is defined by notes of black fruit, vanilla and roasting. On the palate, a frank attack with the sweetness of exceptional sweetness that blends perfectly with a powerful fruit. Exceptional length in the mouth.
